Most residential driveways accommodate the 2 or 3 Station Restroom Trailer (16 ft) or the Single Station ADA Combo (12 ft). Send driveway dimensions or a photo and we route the right unit.

HOA permit. Do you handle it?

We can file the permit on your behalf, or work from your existing HOA approval. Most HOAs allow temporary portable sanitation for documented events. Bring the HOA's language and we'll match it.

Home remodel / bathroom replacement. Long-term option?

Yes. The Single Station ADA Combo is the sweet spot for residential remodels. 4 to 8 week deployments standard. Long-term rates kick in at 30+ days. Heated units keep plumbing freeze-protected through Colorado winters.

Will neighbors complain about the trailer in front of my house?

Trailers are designed for guest-facing placement (gel-coated fiberglass, framed mirrors, climate-controlled). Service visits are quiet + scheduled outside neighbor-disruption hours. Pre-cleared with most Front Range HOA communities.

Septic concerns. Will the trailer affect my home septic?

No. Trailer has its own onboard waste holding. We don't connect to or affect your home septic system.

Family reunion. Multi-day weekend event?

Yes. Standard pattern: delivery Friday morning, mid-weekend service visit, pickup Monday morning. Multi-day pricing applies.

What about driveway grade / steepness?

Most residential driveway grades work. Steep driveways (over 15° grade) may require alternative placement; we'll review on the intake call.

Backyard direct access. Can the trailer reach the back?

Depends on side-yard width. Standard chassis needs 10 ft of unobstructed access. We'll review property layout before delivery.

All i Know is that The Lavatory came in clutch at the last minute. I spoke with someone Named Matthew And he Solved all my dilemmas. These guys saved my wedding! We had a remote location with no bathrooms and hated the idea of the standard porta potty for our guests. The units were clean and filled with plush toilet paper so we didn’t have to worry about foul smells and panicked guests!

We were extremely pleased with the Lavatory and plan to hire them for all our future events. From start to finish - scheduling, working with the accounting team, and the excellent day-of support provided by Sal - every step was smooth and professional.

We used their service for the grand opening of an apartment community in Riverside, and the restrooms were a big hit with our guests. Many commented on how clean, comfortable , and upscale they were. One guest even remarked that they were far too nice to be called port-a-potties!
